Master your communication skills, empathy, and flexibility in order to stay successful in the future.
Join a session with our host Sandra – a photographer, a hiker, and an English language lover!
In this interactive session, you'll:

Roleplay a networking dinner – brag about a degree, share a failure, or ask great questions. Then vote: who would you hire?
✅ Translate your real degree (or any diploma) into human qualities – "Master's in Engineering" becomes "I break down chaos. I admit what I don't know." No jargon allowed.
✅ Tell a 90‑second success story – someone famous or someone you know who thrived without a prestigious degree. Your partner rates your story on empathy, clarity, and inspiration.
✅ Solve a work conflict as a team – brilliant but rude colleague vs kind but slow one. Use only phrases from the "empathy toolbox". Winning prize? The feeling of being human. That’s the award.
✅ Present a one‑minute future CV – forget diplomas. List only three things: "What I can unlearn", "How I make people feel", and "My weirdest skill that helped a team". Share, laugh, and realise your real value has nothing to do with paper.
